Come and join Tia from Aurelia Soundbaths for an intuitive sound healing experience with guided mediation.
Let the sounds and vibrations wash over you in this beautiful and calming class. The sound journey with healing 432hz vibrations from crystal sound bowls will leave you feeling rested, relaxed and connected to your higher self.
Mats will be laid out in the studio but to allow time to settle and get everything in place, please arrive ten minutes prior to the start of the class. For comfort, please bring your favourite blanket and a cushion or bolster (they will not be provided) as well as a journal and pen.
