Come and join Tia from Aurelia Soundbaths for an intuitive sound healing experience with guided mediation.
This month, the sound bath also features a cacao ceremony. You will receive a cup of freshly made heart warming cacao (made with 100% pure Ecuadorian ceremonial grade cacao, coconut milk and cinnamon) prior to the mindful meditation and before embarking upon your sound journey with healing 432hz vibrations from crystal sound bowls to leave you feeling rested, relaxed and connected to your higher self.

Mats will be laid out in the studio but to allow time to settle and get everything in place, please arrive ten minutes prior to the start of the class. For comfort, please bring your favourite blanket and a cushion or bolster (they will not be provided) as well as a journal and pen.
(CACAO – if you are attending a sound bath with cacao ceremony, please let us know if you have any allergies. Although no other ingredients will be used it will be produced in an environment where other allergens may be present, so please drink at your own discretion).
