Come and join Françoise in our studio for a hypopressives workshop.

Never heard of hypopressives? It's difficult to explain what hypopressives actually is, which is why it's so much better to come and experience it in person! It is however easier to highlight what it can help with:

This list could go on ….. join us for two hours, where we will cover some physical assessments and then learn the diaphragmatic breathing which is done in hypopressives. We will also learn a few foundation postures with the breathing, so you can go home understanding how to get some of these amazing benefits in less than 10 minutes a day.
