We are delighted to introduce you to homeopath Debbie. Debbie’s interest in homeopathy grew after returning from living abroad with a couple of health problems, keen to find a natural way to get better – leading to graduation in 2014 with a BSc Hons degree.

What is homeopathy?

• a complementary and holistic form of medicine which uses very small amounts of a substance to trigger the body’s own innate healing ability.
• it is gentle, non-toxic and non-addictive, therefore, it can also be used during pregnancy, for babies and children as well as adults.
• the remedies can be used safely alongside conventional medicine as they do not interfere with their action in the body.
• safe, effective, sustainable and cruelty-free, it’s both kind to you and the planet.
• it is recognised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and is the second largest system of medicine in the world, used by over 200 million people and has been practiced worldwide for over 200 years.

How can homeopathy help?

• with minor ailments such as cuts, bruises, injuries (sports, falling), coughs and colds,
• with long-term conditions, such as arthritis, eczema, irritable bowel syndrome, migraines and depression.

What to expect

When you see Debbie, she will spend time listening to you to find out what your symptoms are and how they are affecting you. Homeopathy treats the person individually as a whole person focusing on the mind/body connection.
